The spot in Lisbon is amazing, the building itself is beautiful, spotless, and well kept. The room was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made this hotel shine were the staff: from check‑in we felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. The small welcome gift of pastel de nata and ginjinha in the room was a thoughtful, lovely touch. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options and a wonderful buffet. The staff truly make this place what it is — they own it! Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more special. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I would 100 % stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Excellent experience in the middle of Lisbon”

The staff couldn't be nicer! They were flexible on a late checkout and are extremely responsive to inquiries. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The only complaint I have is that the street noise can be a bit loud.
