The location is outside the main city area, so it’s quiet and the resident cats are cute. I booked two nights but ended up staying none; the photos misrepresented the place, the room felt dusty, the bathroom was dingy, and the front grass area was littered with rubbish.

A good spot, nice overall, especially the garden behind with avocado and persimmon trees, and the host was pleasant—thanks.

The host was friendly and helpful upon arrival, and the dog was adorable, even following me downstairs at night. Only two other guests were in the room, so it was very quiet. However, the toilets and showers are on the first floor while the dorms are on the second, and Da Lat feels cooler than other Southeast Asian spots—so cold at night during these rainy days. It wasn’t very clean, so I feared a rhinitis flare‑up and wanted to cut the stay short after the first night. The host added extra fees when I adjusted the reservation, claiming the platform would force him to accept the payment.
