“Beppu is a magical place and this onsen hotel is well located and beautiful!”

The location was great, the room was beautiful with an onsen inside, and the beds were comfortable. When we arrived there was no one to check us in or let us drop off our bags, and because our room was off the main building we couldn't use the rooftop foot baths or free beer, but that didn't ruin the experience; we still had a fantastic time.

The room and facilities were excellent, and the staff were very polite, with everything else also good.

“Fantastic place to stay”

Outstanding! One night was not enough. The baths inside and outside were loved, and the bed was great.

We had an amazing, luxurious stay. The private onsen were great. Even though we don't smoke, we booked the “smoking” room because it was the last one available. The old smoke smell was noticeable when we entered, but it faded after a minute. The accommodation and staff were fantastic, and I definitely recommend it.
