We booked a pool villa, but unfortunately, we can’t swim after 8 PM. I think this is one of the downsides

The problem was that the hotel staff ruined the whole experience: they ignored every request, refused to help, didn’t set up beds, wouldn’t assist with room changes, and even charged us for a laundry bag and a cup that was already in the room but not where they left it. There was no one to talk to and the service was far from adequate, even though the hotel is pretty and new—we won’t go back.

Ms Nana, the operation manager, handled issues professionally and was very helpful, but the prices were a downside.

The hotel was very clean, the room seemed large in photos but is actually smaller, yet still comfortable, and its beachfront location is great—just avoid the mall behind it; in the evening head from Benjla Road and you’ll have to walk a longer way. The reception staff were very strict; if I hadn’t used Booking’s customer service I would have added my little daughter to the reservation. At night loud music from Benjla Road reaches the room, the WC is separate with no wardrobe, and the supposedly free laundry bag cost 110 baht.
