Arriving super late and exhausted, I was ready to kick back and watch TV, but the new TV wasn’t set up, lacked a guide or instructions, and the only guide I could pull up was for February 21. I’d only be there a few hours and wanted to just turn on the TV, so that was a real let‑down and frustrating.
