It’s cheap enough if you just need a place to crash, but the moment you step inside you’re hit with a smell that feels like an old factory chimney. The towels looked like they’d survived a war—stained, thin, and more like floor mats than linens. The TV kept freezing and there aren’t any power sockets in the room, so you’re pretty much limited to sleeping under a roof and nothing more.

The bed was surprisingly comfy and the air‑conditioning actually worked, which was a relief after a long day. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, the shower would sputter on and off, the Wi‑Fi crawled, and I didn’t feel safe with the flimsy door locks.

Check‑in was quick and I could leave whenever I wanted, but there was no breakfast and the minibar reeked of stale cigarettes. They didn’t offer any food options, and even though the room was booked for two, there was only a single, tiny soap bar.

Nothing about this place impressed me—cleanliness was poor, the phone never worked, and the shower was broken. To top it off, they still assigned me a room that only had a hot‑water shower, which didn’t help the overall experience.

The location is spot on, close to everything you might need, but the constant opening and closing of the gates through the night creates a loud racket that makes it hard to sleep.
