Il Tiuttio di Luna - Cozy room Vicino al Lago

“Très bon logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.”

The accommodation is relatively well‑located, nicely decorated, and very, very clean. The bed is huge and the bathroom equipment is very complete. It would be helpful to state the apartment’s name more clearly in front of it; we were not sure we were in the right place. The stairs can be tricky for someone who has difficulty moving. Even though messages are answered quickly, there is no human contact, which is a pity. The key box is convenient, though.

The property’s location is quite central. WARNING: As soon as we entered, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. Upon closer inspection, the place was not clean, with dust and hair on the floor and bed. The sheets were wet, making it impossible to sleep. After contacting the property, we were told they would consult the cleaning staff and we would receive feedback. I am still waiting for that response! After that message, no further replies were received and I still have not received a refund. Do not book here. You ruin your vacation!

“PARA REPETIR EN COMO”

Overall we loved everything. Excellent location, easy to get around, 20 minutes walking from Como San Giovanni train station. The place looked exactly as in the photos, very comfortable for a couple. It’s a bit hidden to get to, but once you find it, everything is excellent. I would stay again.

I appreciated the bikes that came with the room and how close we were to the lake; the room had everything needed to explore the city and then unwind.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The location was convenient, check‑in instructions were clear, and the staff were responsive. The only downside was a broken glass cup left in the room.
