Everything was very clean and well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the hotel was conveniently close to Fort Jackson. The ice machine on the second floor was broken, so I had to go to another level to get ice. When we returned to the hotel after my soldier’s graduation to celebrate, the pool was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it.

The lobby and breakfast were nice, the staff were very friendly and did the best they could with the facility, and the free wifi and veteran parking space were nice. We booked two rooms for Army Graduation, but both rooms had problems; this room had a broken door that the staff had to physically force open. The location was scary, and the facilities from the second floor up were very run down. None of the card keys worked in the exterior building doors, so we had to walk from the parking at the rear of the building, all the way to the front loaded with bags in pouring rain. One key to the room never worked, even though we had it recoded twice. Unless this is your only option for graduation, I'd skip it.
