I booked a twin room with a terrace, but the staff accidentally gave me a triple room with single beds instead. The place is clean and the rooms are relatively large, but the bedding feels a bit too soft and the setup is bland—no bedside lamps or outlets. The breakfast was fine, and after I complained I got a free breakfast as compensation. It turns out many others had the same issue of not receiving the room they booked, and the few photos of the pension give a misleading impression; the room looked more like a simple youth hostel. I’ve attached photos to show the real situation.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly, the value for money is solid, the climate control is a relief, and the breakfast is super tasty. Everything ran smoothly even with a last‑minute booking during peak season—absolutely top score! :)
