A genuinely lovely hotel with great room décor and wonderful plunge pools. The restaurant served lovely food for breakfast and lunch, though I didn’t try dinner. The hotel needs to address the sunbed situation by the pool—there were more beds than tables, and some guests, including those from the adjacent hotel, would reserve beds next to the pool with towels or bags, often not using them, which is unacceptable for a 5‑star boutique. We used our private pool, but many guests didn’t, and on days when the beach was crowded, lacking a personal pool made it hard to find a spot.

“The only place to stay in Sissi for amazing service and a gorgeous view”

The water views were lovely, the room was a good size, and the outdoor pool area was everything. My favorite part was the staff—Eleni, Laura, and Georgia are just amazing: polite, attentive, gracious, and kind. Their service turns the hotel into a 5‑star experience. It’s quiet, beautiful, and not a typical resort—just perfect. The only downside is that room service could be better, a bit disorganized, and the €15 service fee feels high.

“An amazing stay at castello!”

The hotel sits in a perfect quiet spot, everyone who works there is super friendly and offers amazing service. The pool was great, and the room was very clean—an amazing stay overall. The only issue is that there’s no place to hang swimming clothes outside to keep them dry.
