I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, and my suite was great, but unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, but I had a frustrating experience when I left an expensive jacket behind. I tried to contact the hotel staff, but it was impossible to get in touch with them, and the main switchboard didn't follow through on their promise to have the hotel contact me.

I was impressed by the well-designed and well-appointed Residence Inn, which is located in a quiet and affluent area. The hotel shares its amenities with the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott, including a pool and fitness center. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, my experience with the front desk staff was a bit of a mixed bag - the morning staff member was friendly, but the evening staff seemed unfriendly and even a bit passive-aggressive.
