I gave a score of 1 because I couldn't give 0; it was a disaster. The room was in a terrible state, everything was dirty, the shower was a joke, the tap water was black, there was no toilet paper, and it was not suitable for human habitation… Luckily it was only for storing our luggage; if you were going to sleep there, don’t.

The staff were friendly. The room was in a pitiful condition: the lamps flickered, turning on the bathroom light activated a ventilation that sounded like a plane taking off, and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed. Toilets required you to bring your own tissues because the hostel didn’t provide them. There were mouse droppings behind furniture and peeling walls, no sheets were supplied, and the mattress and comforter were completely stained with unknown origins.
