The location and staff attention were good, but the facilities were neglected—faucets were clogged, sheets were torn, and so on.

The staff were very friendly, and when my truck was late I could leave my luggage with them without any trouble; the hotel’s decor is very pretty and vintage, and being a bit away from the center makes it very quiet, especially by the trees where the evening air feels fresh and pleasant. I liked how clean the bathroom was and that hot water was always available, and the air conditioning works well and quietly. The only downside was that the sheets (just the ones on top of the beds) and pillowcases looked a little dirty, and the duvets had a strange odor like they hadn’t been washed in a while, perhaps some dampness; otherwise everything was clean and tidy.

The TV controls were unresponsive, the internet was poor, and there was no hot water.
