The reception staff were very nice and the garden between the two hotels is superb, but the room was far too small for two adults and a 15‑year‑old child, and breakfast didn’t offer any juice at all.
The location was excellent. The reception staff were inconsistent. The employee who handled my check‑in was very respectful and friendly, but the one who handled my check‑out was never friendly and was very dry in her approach. The breakfast was below the usual level.

Driving from Istanbul to Izmir, this spot is handy for a quick stopover, but the overall location and easy access leave something to wish for.
“Top Hotel in Bursa”
The hotel was nice and clean, with very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, and a lovely view of the city. The soap, shampoo, etc. smelled so good. Breakfast was tasty. When we return to Bursa, we’ll gladly come back. Thanks, Hampton by Hilton! There was nothing to complain about.
