I stayed at this hotel during my medical trip because my doctor advised me to be close to the hospital in case of emergencies. As someone from Dubai, I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the hospital, which made my stay much more reassuring and stress‑free.

The location inside Galeria Mall is great, but the bed was extremely high off the ground, a bit dirty, and there was a grain of rice inside the mattress.

The checkout day was awful; they cut off our electricity, which made it unpleasant.

I loved the location, the staff, the room size and how clean it was, but the furniture feels outdated and, even though I was alone, they gave me a room with two beds.
