“Disappointed”
The hotel is close to the metro, but the breakfast was very poor, not refilled quickly and often left empty, so I had to ask for it to be topped up. I stayed for four nights and the room was never cleaned by staff, so I had to leave the garbage out for them to collect. They didn’t even change the towels or bed linens.
The location was convenient, but I disliked that the rooms lacked essential kitchen and bathroom amenities, and the washing machine and ironing facilities were subpar.
The bed and sheets were clean, but each guest only gets one water bottle per day, and when you request more, the front‑desk staff told me they charge one riyal for every additional bottle.
The place was beautiful, and that was beautiful.
