Hotel Renomado Avenida Paulista Jacuzzi Estilo

“Excelente acomodação num local estratégico.”

I really liked the Jacuzzi. I didn’t like the bathtub system that’s integrated into the bathroom.

“Pictures are not up to date.”

Great location, staff at the hotel were super, super nice. The hotel did take my bags into the luggage room even though they said it wasn’t possible. Bed was comfy! Employees and the contact in the chat were very very nice, and I don’t think it’s their fault for my issues during my stay. The jacuzzi is only available with prior reservation and was never really available. The room was really dirty, not the floors, but things like the mirrors were spilled with dried liquids, hairs in the refrigerator, staining in the bathtub, so much mold around the tub and just overall felt very unclean and badly upkept. Internet didn’t work and the TV remote didn’t really work either only some buttons. I chose this place specifically got the bathtub and paid extra because it was supposedly good reference being inside a big hotel, still regret booking it only wasted my money.

Funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e educados. Problemas de comunicação entre a empresa responsável pelo flat e a recepção do hotel. Fiquei 1h esperando confirmarem um e-mail de liberação para ter acesso
