“Fantastic hosts great location doesn’t get any better than that”

The staff were fantastic – Mary and Giovanni went above and beyond, and I would definitely come back. The place is the right destination for everything, close to the beach; a 10‑minute walk to Santa Maria bar café right across the road is fantastic.

“It was fine, just forget the breakfast”

The spot was easy to find, but breakfast fell flat: the vouchers were for a bar that wasn’t ready to serve us at 8 am, and overall the breakfast was very poor.

I had a great stay: the staff were always very kind and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for enjoying the four columns of the place in peace, especially for events. I’ll definitely return! The only downside was a slight traffic noise from the street; otherwise everything was fine.

The place was clean, welcoming, and quiet just steps from the sea. The vintage furnishings, high‑quality sheets, fresh air, and the care from Giovanni and his helper were priceless. I’ve never encountered a property where cleanliness mattered so much. Thank you, Giovanni, for welcoming us, for providing all the extra mattresses, and for making us feel at home—wishing you all the best!

Almost right on the beach. The wooden front doors and windows are dated.
