The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to help; I especially want to mention Alessandro, who let us in well before the scheduled check‑in time and called us right after check‑out to tell us my wife had left her phone in the room—this kind of kindness offsets any hotel limitations. I also liked the good breakfast. The bathroom is a bit small, but the good layout lessens that issue.

The location is fine, but there is no blackout curtain, the noise at night is loud, and the breakfast is lacking.

“Gostamos do hotel, acredito que apenas a localização dos quartos ajude a ter uma experiência ainda melhor.”

I stayed in room 217, which is right across from the reception, and the noise from conversations that started at 5 am made it impossible to sleep, even though the room itself was clean and tidy. The breakfast was decent and the location was fine.
