The setting feels magical, the hotel sits in a quiet area, and conversations with the staff were very enriching.

The location is good. The hotel is extremely dirty, a disgusting odor permeates the entire building, cobwebs are everywhere in the room, the dishes are filthy, and the staff are very unfriendly and unpleasant.
