The location is very good. The rooms are beautifully designed with a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is Japanese, not a buffet: soup, rice, egg, and a sweet dessert with yogurt. The minibar is, quite kindly, free, as is a vegetable soup at 8 pm.

The location is fantastic, the decor is lovely, and the view into the intimate garden is great. However, the noise from the apartment above leaked through the walls, and there was no sound insulation, so after a quiet first night the next two nights were very noisy. I asked for a room on the upper level.

Everything was perfect – the gorgeous room, the super helpful staff, and the wonderfully soothing lobby. Nothing to complain about.
