The location was perfect, the accommodations were spotless and met all our needs. Our host went above and beyond – he met us late and drove to a spot to meet us when our GPS failed, helped us find parking, and gave plenty of restaurant suggestions and city directions. He always checked in to make sure everything was fine and we had what we needed.

Moreno really made us feel like locals instead of tourists for a bit, and his tips were sharp and useful. We only stayed a couple nights on our way back, but we checked out several of his suggested spots and restaurants, even picking up a few things from CONAD to take home. The design of the place was also something we appreciated. The only downside was the shower handle—it was a bit tricky to figure out at first.

The place was convenient, spotless, and peaceful, fully refurbished and cozy. The neighborhood felt safe, and the host was friendly and always ready to help.

Everything about my stay was great. Moreno was a fantastic host—warm and very helpful. The room was impeccably clean, newly renovated, and stocked with everything I needed. It felt fresh, comfy, and smelled nice. I’m usually very sensitive to noise, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night, which let me sleep soundly. Getting around was a breeze: the metro is just a 5‑7 minute walk away and takes five minutes to reach the Colosseum. Local bars, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I’d definitely book again when I return to Rome. Highly recommended!

It’s a superb hotel. The reception is great, the location is fantastic, not far from the city center, and the metro is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can ask the host any question and he’ll answer you, giving you recommendations for sights, places to see, and nearby restaurants. There’s a parking spot right next to the hotel. The place is safe and well‑equipped. You can contact the host anytime and he’ll help you with anything. The property is clean and fully equipped. We’ll definitely come back soon—thanks for the warm welcome!
