The customer service at this hotel was truly exceptional
The room was clean and comfortable
I felt that the room was overpriced considering its size and the amenities provided

The room was very clean, nice and quiet; we couldn’t hear anyone in the hall or adjacent rooms. I’ll definitely book again. The night receptionist (man of color—I didn’t get his name) was fabulous—very kind and helpful when our key wouldn’t work. He deserves a raise.
“Won’t be back”
The spot was great, but everything else felt dirty, dingy, and loud.
“Improvement information”
The staff were courteous, though the toilet seat was loose and needed tightening, which they were promptly informed about.
“Buena”
Good value for the price.
“It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. I would stay overnight again.”
I found the payment schedule and cancellation options convenient, and checking in was a breeze once I presented my ID; the room was clean, breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and I’d consider staying again.
