“Pousada muito bem localizada!”
The location was wonderful, yet the lodge’s facilities are old and urgently need renovation; the ceiling shows signs of leaks and mold. A key issue is that we often had to seek help from staff and couldn’t find anyone at the reception even during official hours; the ladies are polite and helpful, but having someone always available at the front desk would make a difference. Breakfast was tasty, everything was very clean, and the table setting was hygienic; overall the value for money is worth it, though these shortcomings prevented it from being a wow experience.
