The furnishings, breakfast area, cats, the always helpful staff, and the Turkish décor are all wonderful.

The breakfasts are varied and tasty; there’s something for everyone, especially a large selection of vegetarian dishes. Everything is fresh. The room décor is very nice, exceptionally well equipped and elegant. The hotel cats in the courtyard make breakfast more enjoyable, they’re friendly and don’t bother you. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help.

“Good Hotel, in good location.”

The hotel sits in a great location, just a 6 to 10‑minute walk from the main sights like the Blue Mosque, Süleymaniye Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar, and it’s also close to the Galata Bridge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though they can be a bit pricey. The night manager was excellent and let us check in at 9:00 a.m., well before the usual time. The breakfast area was calm and relaxing, with a wide variety of food, excellent tea, and coffee. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, making it a very enjoyable experience that we’d gladly repeat. The only problems were the weak air‑conditioning unit, which forced us to use two large fans, and the jacuzzi shower, which was too high for my wife to get in and out safely; the curtain didn’t cover the whole area, so water spilled onto the floor and made it slippery. Aside from those, everything else was very good.
