The room was clean, the location excellent, and the staff wonderful.

The location is excellent, the room was immaculate, and the size was larger than I expected for an inner‑city hotel. The only downside is that staff are only present from 9 am to 1 pm. We were out on tours most of that time, so we only saw them once to pay our city hotel tax. They were responsive via text, though. Also, there are several steps up and down to reach our room and from our room to the bathroom, which could be an issue for some.

Clean, spacious, perfect location.

Very new and clean rooms with plenty of nice amenities in a beautiful old building. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is great for exploring many famous attractions on foot (Vatican, Colosseum, etc.) and also offers nice restaurants and cafés/bakeries.
