We were lucky to stay at this wonderful place and loved everything; the staff were ultra‑friendly, and I liked that there was even a kitten :D the facilities were beautiful and the location was super convenient for our needs. What disappointed me was that we didn’t have cash to tip all the amazing people who helped us. Our room had a slight damp smell, probably a city‑wide issue since it’s very humid. After a week, the breakfast got a bit boring because there were only two options.

The breakfast was acceptable and the location was suitable, everything else was fine.

The staff were outstanding, the rooms spotless, and the patio on my room was a rare find. The restaurant exceeded what you'd expect from a small place. The only downside was the bare bulbs and outdated door locks—US standards, but still fine for Latin American standards, though not suitable for people with mobility issues.

todo bien con el hotel solo que si no esperaba con que me dijeran que el desayuno incluido no aplicaba a mis hijos porque ellos no me los habian cobrado segun ellos y yo cuando reserve lo hice para 2 adulto y 2 niños y justo mi reservacion la hice porque me incluia el desayuno y no fue asi. que no me incluiyeran el desayuno de los niños y cuando reserve reserve para 4 personas, la cocineta del cuarto no contaba con ningun plato, cubiertos, sartne, etc
