The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was good and close to the sea. Everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and very kind. The beach bar was excellent, the beach itself was very close, and the value for money was outstanding. The furnishings need a bit of refurbishment.

I’ll start with what I liked: first, the hotel’s location is within walking distance of the sea (at most 5 minutes), the sea entry itself isn’t bad but waterproof shoes are useful. Finding a spot on the beach before 11 am was easy (we were there at the end of September); after lunch there were still plenty of free spots. The hotel itself is solid 3‑star, not 4‑star, which is clear when compared to other Turkish hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions, except for the spa workers. There were enough seats at the restaurant, so you didn’t have to wait for someone to finish. The beach bar had a small selection. Overall, it’s a budget option. The food: it’s hard to leave hungry, but breakfast was very sparse; the omelette was powdery, and the fried eggs sometimes took 40 minutes to cook, even though there were only three of us in line, and the chef cooked for one at a time instead of for several as in other hotels. If you don’t arrive when the restaurant opens, you probably won’t get anything tasty. The service is rushed, and the hot dishes and desserts aren’t always reported in a timely manner, sometimes only at the end of lunch or dinner. Cleaning was awful: when we checked in, there was dust on the floor and yellow stains on the pillowcases, unironed, dust on the TV that was far from the wall, and I didn’t even look for it but I saw it. The fridge had water as if it had just been defrosted, or someone spilled something and it wasn’t cleaned. Towels weren’t changed during cleaning, and the shower wasn’t cleaned at all; even droplets on the mirror stayed. The spa staff were a “masterpiece” in the sense that the man and woman who handed out towels spoke rudely, so I didn’t want a massage (even though it’s praised). They’re probably skilled but rude. The spa locker and sauna were in very bad condition, giving the impression of a hostel, not a 4‑star hotel. The furniture in the rooms was a bit worn, though the bed was comfortable. Internet was paid; free only on the ground floor and very weak. We had it in the room package, got the passwords, and it worked even on the beach, but sometimes video calls or video didn’t work, so nowadays it’s better to buy a local e‑SIM, which we always do.

Overall, everything. The room could have been a bit better organized (I mean the shower, in some places).
