The place is well situated, not too far from the city center and close to the metro, and it even has a fridge on the balcony. The balcony itself is nice. However, the cleanliness could be better, the corridor is noisy, there's a strange smell on my floor that I couldn't identify, and I couldn't lock the balcony door.
