“Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shocked it's a Holiday Inn!!!!”

We only liked leaving this dump; no hot water, AC barely worked, every metal in the room was rusted, people screamed in the hall at night, a fist fight broke out in the parking lot, the first room’s shower was broken so we had to change rooms, the second room was damp and everything felt wet, the pool was dirty, the carpets were filthy (had to keep shoes on), USB chargers didn’t work, all the landscaping was dead or dying, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the elevators looked like a construction site, we were never told beforehand that the 5th floor was under renovation so we would have chosen another hotel, the chair in the room was so stained you couldn’t sit on it, and the fridge didn’t work in either room 301 or 325.

Finding the hotel was easy, and Chick‑fil‑A is right across the block; however, there were few amenities, the fridge barely worked, the bathroom lights barely worked properly, and every time you flush the toilet you have to stay there to make sure it actually flushes or the stool will just stay all night.
