I slept in a quiet room with a comfortable bed and had no issues at all.

Nothing good; the location was terrible.

The hotel offered complimentary EV charging and a breakfast that wasn’t listed on the site, but there were no other notable problems.

The location was super convenient for a wedding in Simi Valley, the gym was big, breakfast was free, and the staff were very kind, but the rooms felt a little dated and the double beds were extremely small.
