Location is great, but the air conditioning doesn’t work. The room was full of mosquitoes and no AC, even though it was advertised as having AC, which it doesn’t.

The place offers the best value on Praia do Lázaro. Mr. Carlos is incredibly attentive and friendly, and the suite has everything you need for breakfast or cooking. The location is spot‑on, almost on the beach itself. It’s a simple spot, but it delivers the peace and comfort a family might be after.

Clean, organized, and close to the beach. The room comes with a private bathroom and a well‑equipped kitchen. Mr. Carlos is very welcoming and hospitable—highly recommended. The beach is practically a stone’s throw away, and the restaurant next door has everything you need.
