I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which was completely misrepresented by the booking platform's photos. The place was in a state of disarray, with the dining area's dome collapsed and furniture scattered everywhere. The ambiance was dark and lacked maintenance, and I was shocked to see how dirty and dusty everything was. I immediately cancelled my booking, but I'm still unsure if I'll be able to get a refund for the exorbitant room costs.

I was really impressed with the hotel's decor, it had a lovely ambiance that made me feel right at home. However, my stay was marred by a poor night's sleep due to constant noise and an overly bright room. The issue was that light from the reception area outside my room poured in, making it difficult for me to catch some Zs. I think it would make a big difference if they installed blackout curtains to block out the light.

I found this hotel to be very welcoming, but unfortunately, the room was a bit chilly. That was a shame, because I had a great first impression. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wish they had done a better job with the temperature.

However, I was disappointed to find that almost everything comes with an extra cost, which should be taken into account when making a reservation.
