Close to shops and cafés, the bed was comfy and clean, staff were very nice and polite. The bathroom in room 406 needs an upgrade—though I’m not disabled, the shower had no grab bars. Breakfast could use a makeover; the scrambled eggs were inedible, so a chef making fresh fried eggs would help. On Friday 16 Oct there wasn’t much to choose from—no cooked tomatoes, but the bacon was fine, so I just ate that. Coffee was good, and I brought my own tea bags.

There was no parking in the area. The hotel has a parking lot, but it was full.
