The holiday home complex was quiet, but it felt a bit dated.
The hotel is a lovely spot and the perfect base for visiting Cornwall supermarkets and other amenities, all within a 5‑minute drive.
The building had mold on the shading, which is an absolute no‑go. The photos made it look like the building was somewhat freestanding, but it was actually attached to several other buildings. Everything felt shabby.

Great value and location for everything we had planned, the property was spacious with on‑site facilities, and we even won a tenner at Curry and Bingo night – bonus!

We felt very safe with the kids, surrounded by beautiful, relaxing grounds that kept us away from crowds and tourists. The facilities were solid, and the pool was a nice place to cool off and swim. A camp cat named Asbo, a real character, visited us on our last night and even slept on the kids’ bed. As cat lovers, we enjoyed meeting him. Nothing else really stood out; we loved our stay there.
