“Place is trash”
Nothing. Everything
The AC worked well, but there was no ice machine and the breakfast was not real.
“They need to clean the place up.”
The location and the front desk clerk, Jada, were positive, but the smell, the rooms, and the beds were negative.
The staff and management were friendly and eager to help.
“Enjoyed Lake Mary but wouldn’t stay in an extended stay hotel again”
The location was good, yet the hotel was unkept, floors were dirty and the hallways smelled bad, and the advertised pool was missing.
