I have stayed there countless times, and every visit feels like coming home. It is very comfortable and fun to stay there. A special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hisham, the Guest Relations, and Mr. Mahmoud Khairy, Reception team, for always making our stay so special. Their warm hospitality and attention to every detail truly make all the difference. Food needs improvement and more variety.

“Gem of a resort for family vacation.”

Location is beautiful – white sandy beach, calm and crystal clear water. However, outside the hotel resorts, there is not much to see in the area. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Seiko and the animation team who are unbelievably energetic. The pools are great, and the lush gardens give that great 'holiday vibe'. There are plenty of restaurants on site – both buffet and a la carte. Plenty of activities. Kite surfing is very good either from the hotel beach if experienced or from a nearby island for beginners. Boat shuttles take 10 minutes. The kite school is not super well equipped but has a decent enough selection and the staff is super nice. Clientele is very varied, which is a bonus if you are worried about spending a week with grumpy Swiss and complaining Germans :-) Rooms were very spacious and easy access to pools and gardens, although only a few are on the beach front. Not an awful lot to say here. The buffet selection and quality wasn't the best. We did not try the a la carte which needs booking. Some of the facilities needed maintenance or sprucing up, but it's a minor quibble. Gym needs an upgrade. Sales people for the activities (diving, spa, horse riding, etc.) can be a bit persistent, but in general friendly. A 'do not disturb' flag available from the towel stand solved this.

Very nice resort… Clean… helpful staff… special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud receptionist… Mr. Hamdy Restaurant… Mr. Mohamed Pastry Chef احلى فطير بالسكر. Minor things… Pastries should be fresher… there are always queues at bars.

“Tökéletes szeptemberi pihenés”

Perfect September holiday at 36 degrees in a great hotel. If I start the review like this, it already says it all. A hotel that meets every need, where cleanliness is fundamental, the food selection is high, the programmes, the staff friendliness and attitude are outstanding. Thanks to Ms. Salma for continuous attention, Ibraheim for the kind and attentive constant service, and Kareem for the good mood! I could list everyone… I also recommend the extra services. Dr. Ahmed and Alexander relieved my stiff muscles from 10 days of desk work. The beach is the most beautiful and clean, fine sandy shore the best in the region. Wifi is free across the whole area. I could list more, but it's already missing… See you again!
