“Close to the university”
The rooms were spotless, but the price was a bit steep.
The coffee and snack selection was excellent, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the shower was superb. It’s also close to Dolphin Mall. The only downside is there’s no restaurant on site.
“Everyone was so helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely go back there when I visit Syracuse again.”

Wonderful stay and will be returning for next 4 years! The staff and the hotel were amazing! K at front desk was the most professional and accomodating! My daughter is a freshman at Syracuse University and we enjoyed the hotel as a Sanctuary! Close to everything. Truly enjoyable! Thank you

The location was handy, and the open spaces offered a beautiful sunset over the inner harbor. Breakfast, however, was a disaster: the lounge coffee wasn’t fresh and the butter was frozen.
