The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and both the pool and my room were spotless. The only drawback was the pull‑out sofa – it just wasn’t comfortable for two grown‑ups. Overall a pleasant stay despite that one piece of furniture.

The people working there were super friendly, which made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the décor didn’t really feel like a winery – it felt a bit out of place for the setting.

This isn’t my first time at the hotel and we keep coming back because the whole complex of facilities and services is just wonderful. The only snag is that the restaurant garden is under renovation and might be closed for a few months. Otherwise, it’s still a solid choice.

Everything about the place was fine – nothing stood out as particularly good or bad.

The hotel itself is clean, modern and nicely equipped, with a lovely spa area, good sports facilities, and a garden that offers great mountain views; the restaurant serves tasty, generous portions and the service was top‑notch. However, the location is actually at the edge of town in an industrial‑type zone, so it’s noisy from the main road and the restaurant ambience feels cheap, especially when events like a children’s birthday are happening.
