The staff was utterly uncooperative; I called them over 20 times and they wouldn't open the door for me. This place feels more like a trap than a hotel!

The service was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

The room was clean, yet the street noise was overwhelming—cars were racing past at 2 AM.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bus connection to Landshut Stadt was good.

The room was suitable for a short stay, clean and quiet, but when I arrived they had mistakenly given my room to someone else, which they eventually corrected. They don't speak English, which is a drawback for a tourist like me who doesn't speak German, and the location was a bit farther than I expected.
