The room looked like the pictures, close to the spots I wanted to visit, so it was convenient. Climbing up the stairs was a little tiring.

The host gave clear, thorough instructions on how to find and enter the property, the location was quiet, safe and secure, and communication was quick. The room was very spacious and clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage and a well‑equipped kitchen. I especially liked the hooks for jackets and bags, the iron, the extension cord, and the full‑length mirror. Overall I was very happy and comfortable, and it felt like home. There was nothing I disliked about this stay.

The spot sits in the heart of a typical old Saigon neighborhood, with a daily street market, small shops, plenty of eating spots, and a lively vibe. It’s a minute’s walk from major roads and the modern city, and close to the river with many cafés and fresh air. The kitchen area has everything needed for a quick coffee, the bedding is perfect with competition‑level pillows, absolute quiet, and a small balcony with a bit of breeze; I was on the top floor. A washing machine and even an umbrella were provided in the room, along with nice little décor. Communication with the manager was flawless, and his detailed guidance on how to reach the homestay was excellent. In short, it was all wonderful.

The location was great, quiet, and there were plenty of good local food spots within walking distance. The host was very thoughtful and made everything so easy.
