“Estafadora.”
I had booked a double room, but when I arrived the owner showed me a room with two single beds, claiming it was normal. When I reminded her it was a double room, she said there was a problem on the floor above and offered to cancel my booking at 11 pm. I understood it could happen and stayed, but I couldn't sleep that night because both mattresses were old and worn. The next morning at 8 am I told the bar lady, who told me to speak with the owner. I wrote to her via the booking platform; she didn’t reply until 12 pm. She claimed all mattresses were the same and fine, but the ones in the neighboring room were much better and had no support. She gave me ten minutes to find another hotel and then cancelled my reservation, accusing me of lying. The experience was very bad, and the service was terrible.
