The location is strategic: the accommodation is just a 5‑minute walk from the beautiful historic centre of Presicce, and the fantastic beaches are a 10‑ to 15‑minute drive away. Cinzia pampered us and met every need; we will definitely return.

“Consigliatissimo!”

We stayed at this comfortable, clean place with my husband, and its location was perfect for reaching both the Ionian and Adriatic sides. The extra touch was Mrs. Cinzia, who was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every morning she treated us to a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and a delicious pastry, making us feel right at home.

The stay at Suites Via del Mare in Presicce was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great warmth and attention thanks to the lovely hospitality of owner Cinzia, who is extremely kind, available, and always ready to meet guests’ needs. The breakfast was a real treat, carefully prepared with great attention to detail, a wonderful way to start the day. The location is strategic for reaching the beautiful Salento beaches, allowing easy travel to various coastal spots. Another big advantage is the convenient parking, as it is located right on the street in front of the property.

It was a fantastic stay. The building is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a great location. The breakfast was excellent. Cinzia, the owner, is a wonderful person in every sense. The porter gave me a lovely memory.
