The price, location, and convenience were fine. The bathroom needs a major overhaul, the floors were filthy, the cleaning was obviously sloppy with a lot of grime build‑up, and the lack of basic sanitation was disgusting.

Access to the freeway was easy, and the room was nice, but the freeway noise was a problem.

The place was close enough to where we needed to be, but one staff member was very rude, the room had broken fixtures and fittings, and ongoing maintenance work was causing disruption.

I had no positive points to mention, and I couldn't even get my computer to check in.

Nothing positive to say, and they handed my room key to another guest who walked into my room; the place smells like smoke, and the grounds feel unsafe because of unsavory people hanging around.
