The host was unwelcoming and offered no help; she even fought with someone downstairs and spoke to him in a terrible way. The space felt cramped, and she walked into my room while I was showering, ignoring the running water, and just asked if I needed anything. She never offered to help, and I will never return. She refused to warm my coffee in the microwave—a simple welcome after a 7‑hour drive. At 7 pm she shut her door, and when I mentioned I’d arrive around 10 pm, she told me to hurry on the motorway because she wanted to sleep. Not helpful at all.
