The hotel was elegant and beautiful, but the staff were the real highlight: from check‑in to housekeeping, breakfast, and check‑out, everything was exceptionally customer‑friendly, making our visit unforgettable. Nothing else to add.

I was impressed by the hotel's strict policy of not allowing children or sitting in the coffin areas. It's a unique touch that shows they're serious about maintaining a certain atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made up for the slightly outdated but still comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. However, the hotel itself is showing its age, and the renovation work was a bit of a nuisance. The bathroom was also a bit on the small side.
