Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast, Ligurian à‑la‑carte dinner, bar, and complimentary outdoor parking; the beach lies a 10‑minute downhill walk away.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Park Hotel Argento, with welcoming and helpful staff, an excellent pool, breakfast, dining, and facilities; the hotel serves as a perfect base for Cinque Terre, thanks to a convenient transfer service to and from the train station and Levanto town, making travel simple and hassle‑free. After a day of exploration, relaxing by the pool was delightful, and we would gladly return.

Using Levanto as our base to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino, Portovenere, and La Spezia, we found the town and the hotel offered even more. Set on a hillside with extensive grounds, the hotel provides on‑demand shuttle service to the train station and town centre, so a car was unnecessary. The atmosphere feels like a five‑star hotel, featuring a very good restaurant and a much‑appreciated pool; the room was a good size and the staff were lovely and helpful. We were slightly out of the main season in early October, but the spa didn’t open until after 10 or 11 am, which meant we couldn’t access the changing rooms or lavatory before or after breakfast; those facilities should be open even when the spa is closed. Calling the shuttle required a landline, incurring international rates; using WhatsApp to reach a mobile line would have made it much easier for international guests.

The entire staff is very friendly, from the ladies at breakfast to the ones who tidy the rooms. I especially like the young tall man at the reception who takes care of everything; he’s perfect. Michele at the bar is also great. Thanks, and we’ll come back.

Very nice and accommodating staff, perfect service, good food, both breakfast (included) and dinner (à la carte) in the in‑house restaurant.

A very nice property with excellent facilities; I loved the day spa and the fabulous massage. It’s a bit out of town, but the free shuttle made that no issue.
