I had a bit of a letdown with the spa facilities. The hamam wasn't working, and when we asked at the reception, we found out it was due to low electricity. It would have been great if they had warned us about this when we entered the spa, as it wasn't convenient to leave the spa area to go to the reception. We ended up waiting for it to start working, but unfortunately, it didn't.
I appreciated the resort-like atmosphere and the great food. However, I had some issues with the noise insulation and the Wi-Fi connection, which didn't work as well as I had hoped.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a beautiful new spa complex and excellent dining experiences. The food was delicious, with exquisite dishes and great presentation. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.
My stay was a mixed experience. On the one hand, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the spa, and the excellent service from the waiter, Igor. However, I found the cottage to be quite chilly during my stay, which was a bit uncomfortable.
I generally love staying here, with its beautiful nature, peaceful atmosphere, and great service. I especially want to thank waiter Igor for his excellent service. However, during my last visit, I was a bit concerned about the lack of lighting and the icy pathways that hadn't been properly cleared.
