The vibe and the friendly staff create a great energy. However, the emphasis on relaxation feels underdeveloped, there are no engaging activities, and the spa prices and other services are quite steep.

Posizione top in centro a Cancún. Pulizia stanza ottima. Personale super cordiale. Possibilità di fare diverse attività

The location and the staff are very warm. The rooms feel dated compared to the photos; the bathroom paint is cracked everywhere, the first day had no hot water, and the shower pressure was low, probably due to a clogged showerhead. The room is pretty and clean but doesn’t look well maintained.

The structure is very beautiful, offering many comforts like refillable drinking water, beach loungers, and towels for the sea. It’s a bit far from the center, but you can get around easily with Uber.

A solid choice if you’re just passing through Cancun and want to stay near the city center; the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The property feels a bit dated and damp, with a low ceiling and a rather dark room, and it lacks services such as a coffee machine.
