The place is great, gives off French heritage vibes, has good food, and the staff are courteous. The check‑in process was slow; even though we arrived at 2 pm, their official check‑in time, we had to wait almost an hour to get the room.

Close to the sea, very good. There was a serious issue with the air‑conditioning and/or sprinkler: the floor in the room was very slippery because of humidity, which was very dangerous.

The service was excellent.

The location is right in the middle of White Town, literally facing the seaside promenade, and it exudes a Hawaiian‑style resort feel. The building’s age is undeniable and would require significant investment to renovate; it was kept clean, and unlike some posts about encountering mice or cockroaches, I had no such experience.

The spot was spot on, and the place was spotless with a friendly crew.
